In a continuous effort to provide the ideal Phillips customer experience, we are always looking for ways to innovate and leverage technology. Our latest idea is to create an Augmented Reality (AR) application that combines work instructions and remote expert features, which assists our field service engineers and customers to resolve issues more efficiently, and fine-tune troubleshooting skills to be more productive.

After interviewing several third party developers, SimInsights provided us the best chance of a successful deployment.
