Fault Diagnosis
In this Fault Diagnosis Simulation, we will work on a palletizing robot that is experiencing a fault. According to the technician's report, the error is related to the pneumatic lines, but the exact issue is unclear and needs to be diagnosed. To initiate the diagnosis process, we need to stop the flow of air in the system. Once the air is stopped, the pressure needle should drop to 0, allowing us to perform further actions. Finally, we can remove the red tube, complete the diagnosis of all components, and conclude the simulation by clearing the system. By engaging in this Fault Diagnosis Simulation, we provide learners with a valuable opportunity to develop their problem-solving skills, gain hands-on experience in diagnosing faults, and understand the importance of systematic troubleshooting in maintaining and repairing complex machinery
