Irvine, California, August 22, 2023: SimInsights was invited by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) to attend the International Design Engineering Technical Conference XR Showcase in Boston, Massachussetts, on the 22nd of August 2023. The IDETC XR Showcase highlighted emerging XR technologies that impact the critical engineering issues of product design and development, manufacturing, and the management and integration of information systems throughout the product life-cycle.
SimInsights representative Neil Waters attended the event and exhibited the use of HyperSkill as a powerful tool for simulation assisted research. HyperSkill enables researchers to simulate complex scenarios, test hypotheses, and gather insights. It also offers extensive data analytics capabilities, generating comprehensive outputs for analysis and visualization.
The audience included design and manufacturing engineers in the field of academia, government and other industrial sectors, particularly in the area of Virtual Efficiency Optimization. Hyperskill was recognized as an excellent platform for visualizing XR research projects for the purpose of exploring paths to commercialization and scale up.
