Irvine, California, April 12 2024: SimInsights, a leading provider of immersive, AI-powered software for education and training, is excited to announce a new web portal for the Skillful platform for unlimited career exploration.
The new web portal will enable students and teachers to conveniently browse and search the growing simulation catalog as well as launch the simulations in the web browser. Many new features are planned to be released in coming weeks to make the portal even more useful.
SimInsights team is excited about delivering greater utility via the web interface to support students, teachers and districts with hands-on tools, curriculum, content, professional development and training. The team is fielding requests for guest lectures, professional development sessions and conference talks on a regular basis. In fact, our team recently organized a 90 minute professional development session at the Educating for Careers conference in Sacramento with the executive director of the ROP at College and Career Advantage (CCA) at Capistrano Unified School District. In addition, we have participated in student career fairs and conferences in Washington DC, Boston, Oregon, Las Vegas, San Francisco, San Jose, Fresno, Los Angeles, Pasadena City College, Pomona, Long Beach, Capistrano Unified, James Madison High School, San Diego, University of North Texas, University of Memphis, as well as enterprise such as Meta and CraneMorley, TechConnect, Association for Training Development (ATD), all with the objective of making students aware of the opportunities in the field of AI and XR. Our work in AI has also been highlighted in the Orange County Business Journal and been awarded by DARPA and AVA Digital.
At these events, SimInsights representatives not only exhibit software products but also share opportunities for teachers and students to engage with the company in a variety of ways including consulting, pre-apprenticeships, apprenticeships and internships, and specifically discuss academic cost efficiencies, industry training and preparation, and industry benefits.
